Ready to test your limits? UA Next Combine unleashes a data-driven 8-week journey to help you conquer your personal bests, just in time for competition season.

Under Armour’s iconic UA Next Combine is crashing back onto the scene for its explosive fourth edition, and this time, it’s bringing a whole new spin! Tailored specifically for Malaysia’s booming hybrid fitness community, this refreshed eight-week format shifts the spotlight directly onto individual progress. Rooted in the brand’s relentless "COMMIT" ethos, the program empowers athletes to set a personal performance baseline, grind with clear intention, and see tangible proof of their growth.

The journey kicks off with an electrifying Benchmark Day, where contenders tackle seven gruelling tests spanning speed, strength, cognition, endurance, agility, and vertical power. Driven by high-tech VALD Performance technology, every participant gets a personalised scoreboard to map out their physical output. The gauntlet of tests includes a 20m Sprint for raw speed, a Hand Grip test and Nordic Curls to gauge pure strength, a Reaction Inhibition Test for rapid-fire mental processing, the relentless Beep Test for endurance, a dynamic 5-10-5 agility run, and standard Countermovement and Vertical Jumps to measure explosive power.

To help athletes shatter their initial scores, Under Armour has joined forces with five top-tier partner gyms across the region: Celebrity Fitness, Fitness First, F45 Training, Grit Nation Subang Jaya, and MORPH by Kamileon. Participants can drop into these specialised training grounds over the next two months to refine their skills and build unbreakable stamina. The ultimate showdown takes place on November 28, 2026, at JAM PJ for the final Check-In Day. Athletes will return to re-take the seven-stage battery of tests and compare their final numbers against their baseline. Beyond the ultimate bragging rights, this eight-week transformation serves as the perfect springboard for athletes looking to sharpen their edge for upcoming fitness spectacles, including Hyrox Kuala Lumpur right around the corner!
