Embarking on our culinary escapade through the autumn menu, we commenced with a vibrant and tantalising plate of Angus Beef Carpaccio adorned with a lavish spread of truffle mayonnaise and Alba white truffle. The restaurant asserts that this divine ingredient will grace Marini&rsquo;s on 57 for only a fleeting moment. While this dish serves as the perfect prelude to the evening, our unequivocal allegiance lies with the Roasted Green Asparagus. Nestled on a bed of crisp salads, the verdant asparagus is accompanied by cacio e pepe cream, generous shavings of 32-month-aged parmesan cheese, Alba white truffles infusing aromatic notes, and a luxuriously creamy poached organic egg crowning the ensemble.
