From the outdoors, we head indoors for another wine tasting in&nbsp;the Swan Valley. To be more precise, we&rsquo;re going underground.&nbsp;At Mandoon Estate, you can opt for a wine tasting in their&nbsp;regular cellar door on ground level, but a more exclusive&nbsp;experience takes you downstairs to their Underground Cellar.&nbsp;Here, you can sample seven types of wines, including limited&nbsp;ones from their Reserve range paired with cheeses. Be sure to&nbsp;adjourn to Wild Swan later, the winery&rsquo;s in-house restaurant.&nbsp;The contemporary fine dining restaurant serves a tasting menu&nbsp;comprising the finest local and seasonal produce, all designed&nbsp;to pair perfectly with their wine.
